In case you lose your password to open the e-book, you may write to us at troim.net@gmail.com to request a new password. However, in that case, we will require that you send proof of purchase and the email with the password can be sent only to the email address associated with the purchase. In case you have changed email addresses since the purchase was made, you will need to supply some sort of proof that you are the same person who bought the book. Remember that we do not keep any personal information on file, in order to protect your privacy.
